I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well sound-proofed, offering a pretty view of the river. However, there was a slight urine smell around the TV area. The service was friendly and professional, though it was surprising that our rooms were not hoovered by the cleaning staff in a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the Metro station Olaias, ideal for accessing transportation easily. The dining options were average with limited variety, and the facilities met basic needs without any standout features.

The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need and were clean, but some maintenance issues like broken furniture and dirty walls affected the ambiance. The service was a mixed bag, with friendly staff but some lapses in attention to detail.
